On December 3, the Ningxia Office of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the capacity replacement plan of Ningxia Building Materials Group.
Ningxia Saima Cement withdraws from a 2000t/d clinker production line, of which 800t/d is used to supplement a 4500t/d clinker production line of the same company. The capacity after supplementation is 5033t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1.5: 1.
2. The remaining 1200t/d clinker production capacity of the above production line of Ningxia Saima Cement is used to supplement a 4000t/d clinker production line of Ningxia Qingtongxia Cement , with a capacity of 4800t/d after supplementation and a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.
3. A 2,000t/d clinker production line of Ningxia Qingtongxia Cement Taiyangshan Branch has a supplementary capacity of 333t/d, and the supplementary capacity is 2333t/d. The withdrawn capacity comes from a 2,500t/d clinker production line of Ningxia Qingtongxia Cement (of which 500t/d is used for this project), with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.
4. Another 2,000t/d clinker production line of Ningxia Qingtongxia Cement Taiyangshan Branch was upgraded. After upgrading, the production capacity was 4,333t/d. The 2,333t/d production capacity used for supplement came from the production line after supplement mentioned above (No.3). The replacement ratio was 1:1.
