At the same time, industrial development still faces many problems and challenges. We should have a comprehensive and objective understanding of the industrial development situation, conscientiously implement the Party Central Committee's decision-making plan on comprehensive regulation of "involution" competition , speed up the introduction of targeted policies and measures, govern irrational competition in the power and energy storage battery industry in accordance with the law and regulations, strengthen capacity monitoring, early warning and regulation, and promote the development of the industry. We will intensify supervision and inspection of production consistency and product quality, crack down on intellectual property violations, guide enterprises to scientifically distribute production capacity and "go to sea" in a rational and orderly manner, and make every effort to promote high-quality industrial development.
Li Lecheng stressed that industry enterprises should vigorously promote entrepreneurship, resolutely resist irrational competition, and jointly maintain a healthy and orderly market environment. We should adhere to innovation leadership, increase R & D investment, make up for shortcomings and weaknesses, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. We should strengthen the synergy of the industrial chain, strengthen cooperation, give full play to the incremental effect of synergy, enhance the level of self-control of the industrial chain, and shape new advantages for development. Industry associations should deepen the follow-up study of industrial development, strengthen industry self-discipline , and promote the construction of a cooperative and win-win industrial ecology. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will scientifically formulate the "15th Five-Year Plan" for industrial development, increase support for technological innovation, strengthen standard support and guidance, upgrade the modernization level of industrial governance, and create a good environment for high-quality industrial development.
