Three central energy and power enterprises, including the Three Gorges Group, the State Power Investment Corporation and Dongfang Electric Corporation , have recently issued announcements on the listing and transfer of their new energy companies, with the total transfer base price exceeding 1 billion yuan . Three Gorges Group
On July 29, Three Gorges Group listed and transferred 100% equity and related creditor's rights of Three Gorges New Energy Zhangwu Power Generation Co., Ltd. at a base price of 15128 of 465817 yuan;
On July 30, the enterprises under the Three Gorges Group transferred 41.0071% of the shares of Chongqing Tiantai Energy Group Co., Ltd. at a base price of 9600 yuan 64075;
On August 6, the enterprises under the Three Gorges Group transferred 50% of the shares of Kaifeng Pingmei North Control New Energy Co., Ltd. at a base price of 260000 yuan 11811. The information on the transfer of the equity of the enterprise has been disclosed.
In addition, two enterprises under the Three Gorges Group have transferred their shares in new energy companies.
Three Gorges New Energy transferred 45% equity of Yimei Energy, Kadu Energy and Guangkai Energy respectively, with transfer base prices of 14.993 million yuan, 10.0654 million yuan and 37.7832 million yuan respectively; Three Gorges Chongqing Energy Investment transferred 40% equity of Yimei Energy, Kadu Energy and Guangkai Energy respectively, with transfer base prices of 13.3271 million yuan, 8.947 million yuan and 33.5851 million yuan respectively.
On July 31, China Electric Power International, a subsidiary of the State Power Investment Corporation, transferred 55% of the shares of Xinyuan Taili Energy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd . The transfer base price is 29.92 million yuan . Previously, on July 21, the State Power Investment Corporation transferred 100% equity of Puyang New Energy Co., Ltd. at a base price of 1 yuan.
On August 5, Huijie Energy, a subsidiary of Dongfang Electric, transferred 100% equity of Quzhou Huihe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and the transfer base price was not disclosed;
On August 6, Huihe Energy, a subsidiary of Dongfang Electric, transferred 85.02% of Dongyao New Energy (Qujing) Co., Ltd. and the transfer base price was not disclosed.
Previously, on July 22, Dongfang Electric had transferred 100% equity of two new energy enterprises in Xinjiang, namely Mulei Dongji New Energy Co., Ltd. and Altay Dongjin New Energy Co., Ltd.
