Recently, an important meeting held by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council clearly put forward the requirement of "governing the low-price and disorderly competition of enterprises according to law and promoting the orderly withdrawal of backward production capacity", emphasizing the need to promote the continuous optimization of market competition order and promote the high-quality development of the industry. At present, as the core area of China's strategic emerging industries, photovoltaic industry is facing major opportunities and challenges of global energy transformation. However, in order to seize market share, some enterprises take short-sighted actions such as export below cost price and vicious competition, which not only damages the overall interests of the industry, but also has a negative impact on the international reputation of China's photovoltaic industry. The China Council for Importers and Exporters of Mechanical and Electrical Products will resolutely resist all kinds of unfair competition in the form of export below cost price.

Here, I will issue the following proposals to the majority of photovoltaic enterprises:

first, strictly abide by the principle of fair competition, and carry out business activities in accordance with the law and regulations;

second, reasonably control the pace of capacity expansion according to the global market demand, and orderly promote the clearance of backward capacity;

4. Strengthen the awareness of self-discipline management, and jointly abide by the Convention on Self-discipline of Foreign Trade Enterprises in the Photovoltaic Industry. The high-quality development of

China's photovoltaic industry is not only related to the survival and development of enterprises themselves, but also bears the historical mission of global energy transformation.
