On November 26, the EPC general contracting of the 200 MW photovoltaic project in Shangri-La City, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province, issued a tender announcement. The tenderer is Yunnan International Power Investment Co., Ltd. of the State Power Investment Group.
It is understood that the project is located on the hillside around Xinyang Village and Xingfu Village, Nixi Township, Shangri-La City, Diqing Xizangan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, with a designed rated capacity of 200MW , an installed capacity of 247.953 MWp and a capacity ratio of 1.24.
The project plans to install monocrystalline silicon N-type double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules with 346788 block power of 715 Wp, consisting of 13338 photovoltaic strings and 64 photovoltaic sub-arrays. It is equipped with 702 sets of 300 kW string inverters and 64 sets of box-type transformers to collect power with 8 circuits of 35kv collector lines.
The bidding scope includes but is not limited to project survey and design, equipment and material procurement, construction and installation works, coordination with grid connection formalities, grid test before putting into operation, acceptance work and others. In terms of
performance, the bidder shall have completed not less than two 100MW and above centralized photovoltaic project general contracting performance or construction general contracting performance in the past five years (five years before the deadline for bidding), at least one of which has an altitude of more than 3500 meters. The planned construction period of the
project is 6 months . The project is tentatively scheduled to start on May 1, 2026, to be connected to the grid with full capacity on October 31, 2026, and to be completed and accepted on June 30, 2027. Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project . The deadline for submission of
tender documents is 9:30 on December 17, 2025.
