Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on November 25, the EPC general contract of 500 MW ditch photovoltaic composite project of Xinhua Hanxuan (Central) in Tangshan Hangu Management Area of Hebei Province issued a termination announcement.
The announcement shows that the project is terminated due to the adjustment of the project.
It is noteworthy that the project has previously issued two tender announcements on November 21 and November 25, respectively, and the tenderer is Tangshan New Energy Group Co., Ltd. By comparison, the bid closing/opening time of the project was adjusted from 9:30 on December 11, 2025 to 9:30 on December 16, 2025.
It is understood that the project belongs to Hangu Management Zone of Tangshan City, Hebei Province (located in Tianjin Binhai New Area), located in the eastern coastal plain and southern Tangshan City, with a total investment of 2.425 billion yuan .
The project originally planned to use about 8700 mu of ditches and ponds to arrange photovoltaic modules , and combined with the comprehensive utilization of aquaculture and ditches, to form a photovoltaic composite project. The total installed capacity is 500 MW .
