1 August, The Development and Reform Commission of Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia, issued the announcement on the selection of the main investors of the 1500MW "integration of wind, solar, thermal and storage" large-scale wind power and photovoltaic base project in Wulanchabu.
According to the announcement, Wulanchabu Jingda 1500MW "Wind, Solar, Fire and Storage Integration" large-scale wind power photovoltaic base project is located in Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia . The construction scale of the project is 1500 MW , including 1200 MW wind power and 300 MW photovoltaic power .
The announcement pointed out that only the main investors of the project were selected , and the construction plan should be implemented in accordance with the previous approval plan. After this optimization, the investor shall bear all the costs and risks of the project, and be responsible for the design, investment, construction, operation and maintenance of the project after completion.
This project accepts the declaration of the consortium, but the number of members of the consortium shall not exceed 2 , and each member of the consortium must undertake the obligation of actual investment during the construction period. The consortium must specify the leading enterprise in the form of a consortium agreement, and the proportion of capital contribution of the leading enterprise shall not be less than 51%. The deadline for submission of
declaration documents is 10:00 a.m. on August 18, 2025.
