Xu Lu, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of China Nengjian, attended the meeting and made a speech. At the meeting, Chen Gong, Minister of Organizational Department of the Party Committee of China Nengjian and General Manager of Human Resources Department, read out the appointment documents of China Nengjian and recommended Xu Lu as the chairman (legal representative) of the investment company. According to
public information, Xu Lu, male, born in March 1973, is a senior engineer, university, MBA. In February
2018, he served as a member of the Party Committee of Northwest Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Engineering Consulting Group. He once served as the executive team leader and deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Northwest Regional Headquarters of China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited.
In December 2021, he served as the secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Northwest Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Engineering Consulting Group; In January
2025, he was appointed as the deputy party secretary, general manager and director of China Power Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd.;
in June 2025, he was appointed as the deputy general manager of China Energy Engineering Corporation.
