of Benzilan Hydropower Station of Jinsha River Company Project Name: Benzilan Hydropower Station is the 13th stage in the cascade development scheme of "one reservoir and thirteen stages" in the upper reaches of Jinsha River. The upstream cascade is Xulong Hydropower Station, and the downstream cascade is Longpan Hydropower Station in the middle reaches of Jinsha River. Benzilan Hydropower Station is the boundary river power station of Sichuan-Yunnan section of Jinsha River. The left side of the project area is Waka Town, Derong County, Ganzi Xizangan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, and the right side is Benzilan Town, Deqin County, Diqing Xizangan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The dam site is located in the upstream gorge reach of Benzilan Town. The dam site is about 8km away from the estuary of Dingqu River and about 12km away from Benzilan Town. The power station is about 88km away from Shangri-La City in Yunnan Province and about 54km away from Derong County in Sichuan Province. The development task
of Benzilan Hydropower Station is mainly to generate electricity and promote local economic and social development. The controlled drainage area of the dam site is about 20. The normal pool level of the reservoir is 2148.00 m, the dead water level is 2138.00 m, the storage capacity below the normal pool level is 1.320 billion m ³, and the regulating storage capacity is 2. The water conveyance tunnel adopts one tunnel for one unit, and the diversion tunnel is provided with an impedance surge chamber; The main powerhouse and the main transformer cavern are arranged in parallel. The excavation size of the main powerhouse is 216.60 m × 31.10 m × 77.30 m (length × width × height), and the excavation size of the main transformer cavern is 175.25 m × 20.00 m × 21. The construction diversion of Benzilan Hydropower Station adopts the method of blocking the annual cofferdam at one time and tunnel diversion. Two diversion tunnels are arranged on the right bank with the same size and elevation. The total length of the diversion tunnels is 3176.787 m. The length of 1 # diversion tunnel and 2 # diversion tunnel is 1505.00 m respectively, and the inlet section size of 1671.1 # and 2 # diversion tunnels is 13.5m × 17.5m (width × height, the same below). The photovoltaic modules of this project are installed in a fixed way, with an inclination of 32 ° (allowing optimization). The modules are longitudinally arranged in double rows on the support, 2x26 °. Box transformers are scattered near each sub-array and arranged close to the road. String inverters are arranged close to the road and installed on both sides of the road as required, which is convenient for personnel operation, maintenance and repair. The planned installed capacity of wind turbines in this
project is 49. Each wind turbine generator set is equipped with a box-type step-up transformer to increase the voltage of the generator to 35kV and connect it to the 35kV bus of the substation in the site through two collecting lines. If the box-type substation of the
wind turbine generator unit is placed below, it shall be connected to the box-type substation through the bridge and the directly buried cable. The box-type substation shall be connected to the overhead collector line through the directly buried cable, and the collector line shall be connected to the 35 kV bus of the substation in the site. The connection mode of one generator and one transformer unit is adopted between the wind turbine generator unit and the box-type transformer. The new energy access system scheme of the
original grid-charge-storage integration demonstration project is as follows: a new 110kV booster station is built in this project, including a 140MVA (35/110kV) main transformer, a new photovoltaic power generation device and a wind turbine generator unit, which are sent to the 35kV power distribution device of the booster station through the collection line. The voltage is boosted to 110kV by the step-up transformer and sent to the 110kV side of Haihua Chlor-Alkali Station through a new 110kV line. Main electrical wiring: 110kV booster station adopts line transformer group wiring, and 35kV adopts two sections of single bus wiring. This project needs to be connected to the centralized control center system of the maintenance storage center. The energy storage of this project is equipped with 30 MW/120 MWh liquid-cooled lithium iron phosphate energy storage device according to the 4-hour peak shaving capacity. Two-stage step-up mode is adopted for PV and wind turbines of
the Project. Indoor GIS is adopted for 110kV power distribution unit, and indoor metal-clad gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear (C-GIS) is adopted for 110kV line transformer unit (° 35kV). 16 switchgears in total. The + 15Mvar and + 12.35kV system is planned to be installed at the 35kI busbar side in this phase of the project, and the grounding method through small resistance is adopted.
