On July 15, the bidding results of 197.15 MWp N-type (TOPCon) photovoltaic module equipment procurement project of China Power Construction Xiaojinchuan Basin Photovoltaic Base were announced. The purchaser of the project was Xiaojin Juneng New Energy Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Power Construction. The announcement shows that the winning bidder is Yingli Energy Development Co., Ltd.

On July 15, the bidding results of 197.15 MWp N-type (TOPCon) photovoltaic module equipment procurement project in Xiaojinchuan Basin Photovoltaic Base of China Electric Power Construction were announced. The purchaser of this project is Xiaojin Juneng New Energy Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Electric Power Construction.

The announcement shows that the winning bidder is Yingli Energy Development Co., Ltd .

It is reported that on July 4, 2025, Xiaojinchuan Basin Photovoltaic Base Integrated Photovoltaic Power Generation Project officially started construction in Xiaojin County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, covering an area of more than 3,300 mu. The installed capacity is 160MW , supporting the construction of 16 MW/32 MWh energy storage facilities, and the full capacity is planned to be connected to the grid by the end of 2025.
