On July 9, China Power International Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "China Power International") issued the Announcement on the Change of the Company's Management and the Person in Charge of Information Disclosure. The position of
general manager was changed from Bie Bifan to Gao Ping . The deputy general managers were changed from Renaguli Turdi and Jindi to Yu Jianyu, Lv Keqi, Yang Qian, Guo Feng and Gu Weidong , and the chief accountant was changed from Zhu Hong to Hu Xiang. According to
the data, China Electric Power International was registered in Hong Kong, China in 1994 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the State Power Investment Group Co., Ltd. It is mainly engaged in the development, investment, construction and operation of conventional power generation, new energy power generation, integrated intelligent energy and hydrogen energy . Gao Ping , born in 1971, is a qualified accountant and holds a master's degree in business administration from Peking University. Mr. Gao is currently the Vice Chairman of Guoneng Bio-Power Generation Group Co., Ltd. He was the director and general manager of Jilin Electric Power (a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange), the deputy director of the Planning and Finance Department, the deputy general manager of the Analysis and Evaluation Department, the director of the Accounting and Taxation Management Department of the State Power Investment Corporation, the deputy general manager and chief financial officer of Yunnan International Power Investment Co., Ltd. of the State Power Investment Corporation, and the head of the finance and taxation related divisions of Wuling Electric Power. He joined China Power International Development Co., Ltd. ( "China Power") in 2021. After this change, he served as a member of the Party Committee, director and general manager of the company.
Yu Jianyu , born in 1975, is a senior engineer with a master's degree in economic management from the Party School of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Committee of the Communist Party of China. Mr. Yu is currently the deputy general manager of Jilin Electric Power, a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He served as deputy general manager (presiding over the work), executive director and general manager of Inner Mongolia Eastern New Energy Company, executive director and general manager of Tongliao General Power Plant, general manager of Huo Coal Aluminum Power Branch, and director of Huolinhe Power Monitoring and Command Center. After this change, he served as the deputy general manager of the company.
Lv Keqi , born in 1970, is a senior engineer with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Fuzhou University. Mr. Lv was the assistant to the president and the general manager of the production and operation department of China Power, the general manager of Pu'an Power Plant, China Power (Pu'an) New Energy Co., Ltd. and China Power (Guian New District) Power Distribution Co., Ltd., and the deputy general manager of Liaoning Qinghe Power Generation Co., Ltd. He was involved in the management of the power plants of China Power before its listing in 2004 and has remained with China Power since then. After this change, he served as a member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of the company.
Hu Xiang , born in 1978, is a senior accountant and holds a master's degree in accounting from Changsha University of Science and Technology. Mr. Hu was the deputy director of Wuling Power Accounting Center, the general manager of China Power Planning and Finance Department, and the deputy general manager of State Power Investment Group Shared Services Co., Ltd. and the director of State Power Investment Finance Sharing Center. He had participated in the accounting and financial work of Wuling Power before the listing of China Power in 2004, and remained in China Power until January 2022. He rejoined China Electric Power in 2024. After this change, he served as the chief accountant of the company.
Yang Qian , born in 1977, is a senior political engineer. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Beijing Institute of Technology (network education) and a master's degree in software engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Ms. Yang was the assistant to the president of China Power, the manager of the General Office of the State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation, the deputy director of the General Office (Office of the Board of Directors) of the State Power Investment Corporation and the director of the General Management Department. She joined China Electric Power in 2021. After this change, he served as a member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of the company.
Guo Feng , born in 1971, is an economist and senior political engineer, and holds a master's degree in business administration from the Party School of Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. Mr. Guo was the deputy general manager of the strategic planning department of China Power International and the general manager of China Power (Shenyang) Energy Investment Co., Ltd. and Pu'an Power Plant. He has also served as the general manager of China Power Development Department, the deputy general manager of the Strategic Planning Department, and the assistant to the president and the director of the Marketing and Fuel Management Center. He was involved in the management of the power plants of China Power before its listing in 2004 and has remained with China Power since then. After this change, he served as the deputy general manager of the company.
Gu Weidong , born in 1971, is an engineer with a bachelor's degree in thermal energy and power engineering from Shanghai Institute of Electric Power. Mr. Gu is currently the vice president of China Power. He served as secretary of the Party Committee of Changshu Power Generation Company, secretary of the Party Committee of Yaomeng Energy Company, chairman and general manager of Yaomeng Power Generation Company, deputy general manager and chief engineer of Dabieshan Power Generation Company, deputy general manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of China Power, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee and chairman of the Labor Union of Pingwei Power Generation Company, and deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of Changshu Power Generation Company. After this change, he served as the deputy general manager of the company.
