On July 8, the first batch of new energy projects in Yiliang County in 2025, the competitive selection results of the preferred investment and development subjects of Shangli photovoltaic power generation project, were announced.
A total of three enterprises were shortlisted, of which the first successful candidate was China Resources New Energy (Yiliang) Co., Ltd.; the second successful candidate was Yunnan Hongbiao Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.; and the third successful candidate was Yunnan Xuyun Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.
According to the tender announcement on June 26, the project plans to allocate a new energy resource development and utilization project located in the administrative area of Yiliang County-Shangliz he Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, with an installed capacity of 100MW. In terms of
time arrangement, the project should be started within 2 months after the completion of the filing, in principle, the conditions for putting into operation should be met within 8 months after the start of the project, and the conditions for full capacity grid connection should be met within 1 year from the start of the project.
