30 October, The electronic bidding system of China Huaneng Group issued the tender announcement of EPC general contracting and five-year operation and maintenance framework agreement for distributed photovoltaic projects in Jiaxing City and Ningbo City from 2025 to 2027 for Tongxiang Gas Turbine of Huaneng Zhejiang Branch. The tenderer is Huaneng Tongxiang Gas Turbine Thermal Power Co., Ltd .
The announcement shows that the construction site of the project is located in Jiaxing City and Ningbo City , Zhejiang Province, with a development and construction capacity of 20 MW (tentative estimate), and the bidding scope includes resource development and formalities, and investment opportunity analysis. Feasibility study report, engineering survey, design, construction, etc. Details are as follows:
In terms of construction period, the project is planned to be two years from the effective date of the Framework Agreement. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least one EPC general contract performance for photovoltaic projects from January 1, 2020 to the present (based on the time of contract signing). Each performance shall provide at least one invoice for settlement of value-added tax or periodic receipts and payments (public institution projects may provide appropriation vouchers), otherwise the performance shall be treated as invalid performance.
In addition, the successful bidder shall ensure that there is no ownership dispute over the roof of the leased industrial and commercial enterprise, and that the employer legally uses the roof of the industrial and commercial enterprise. If the problems of the roof of the industrial and commercial enterprise affect the development and construction of the roof distributed photovoltaic project by the employer, the successful bidder shall bear full responsibility. Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project . In case of consortium bidding, the bidder shall provide a consortium agreement to specify the leader, and the number of constituent units of the consortium shall not exceed 2. The
