On October 15, Beijing Xinzhaoneng 450MW Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC General Contracting Project issued a tender announcement, the tenderer is Beijing Xinzhaoneng Energy Technology Co., Ltd .
The announcement shows that the project mainly uses the roofs and idle resources of buildings such as industry and commerce, warehousing and logistics, public buildings and public infrastructure to build photovoltaic projects in Henan Province, including Nanyang City and Xinyang City. The installed capacity is about 450MW , and the project types include color steel tile roof, concrete roof, ground, beam support, car shed, etc. The bidding scope is as follows:
Consortium bidding is accepted for this project .
In case of consortium bidding, the number of all units of the consortium bidder shall not exceed 3 , the consortium leader shall be the member undertaking the construction task, and the parties to the consortium shall sign a consortium agreement to clearly stipulate the work and responsibilities to be undertaken by each party. The consortium agreement shall be submitted to the Tenderee. The requirements are as follows:
The bidding documents shall be obtained from October 16, 2025 to October 22 , 2025, from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 (Beijing time) every day. The
closing time is 9:30 on November 5, 2025 (Beijing time).
