According to the list of China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2023, Shaanxi Building Material Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. ranks 70th in the list with an annual production capacity of 2.79 million tons.

Recently, the reporter learned from Guanba Town of Chongqing that the key project at the municipal level, Guanba Town of Chongqing (Wansheng), with an annual output of 5 million tons of sand and gravel aggregates, is progressing smoothly, and 45% of the total project volume has been completed.

It is understood that the annual output of 5 million tons of sand and gravel aggregate project in Guanba Town of Chongqing (Wansheng) is constructed by Shaanxi-Chongqing (Chongqing) Building Material Technology Co., Ltd. and is located in Tianba Village and Guangming Village of Guanba Town, covering an area of about 1400 mu. The construction includes five finished aggregate warehouses, one machine-made sand warehouse, one central control building, one machine-made sand building, one inspection and screening workshop and one finished product screening workshop. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual output of sand and gravel aggregate will be 5 million tons and the annual output value will be about 220 million yuan.

"After the completion of the project, it will enter the stage of installation and commissioning of facilities and equipment." Li Hewei said that it is expected to enter the commissioning and production stage by the end of August and can operate normally by the end of the year.

It is reported that the annual output of 5 million tons of sand and gravel aggregate project in Guanba Town of Chongqing (Wansheng) is the first phase of the third phase of the project of Shaanxi-Chongqing (Chongqing) Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The project relies on the green building materials industrial park for production, and builds an aggregate production line through the waste rock stripped from mining, so as to achieve zero emission of mine production and avoid damage to the geological environment in the mining process, while the waste removed in the aggregate processing process can be used as raw materials for the cement production line, turning waste into treasure. The project also adopts environmental protection and energy-saving equipment in noise reduction, dust suppression, power saving, resource saving and green logistics, which is more green and environmentally friendly.

It is understood that Shaanxi Chongqing (Chongqing) Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is the holding company of Shaanxi Building Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Formerly Shaanxi Eco-Cement Co., Ltd.).

Wansheng Green Building Materials Circular Economy Industrial Park Project, with a total investment of 4 billion yuan, is planned to be constructed in three phases, of which the first phase is mainly to construct a production line with an annual output of 5 million tons of sand and gravel aggregates, the second phase is mainly to construct a production line with a daily output of 5000 tons of cement clinker , and the third phase is to improve the downstream assembled buildings.

According to the list of China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2023, Shaanxi Building Material Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. ranks 70th in the list with an annual production capacity of 2.79 million tons.
