Jordan time, Suzhou Sinoma and Al-Riyadh Investment Companies Group (RICG) signed the EPC contract for the second line of Al-Douh Cement Plant in Iraq at the headquarters of RICG in Amman, Jordan. Zhang Xi, Vice Minister of Marketing Department of Suzhou Sinoma and Vice General Manager of Sinoma Industry and Trade (Iraq) Co., Ltd., and Sheik Hatam Al, Chairman of RICG Group, signed the contract on behalf of both sides. The signing of the contract was witnessed by the CEO Sheikh Ali of RICG Group, Hans Consulting Company, and Raad, Director of Al-Douh Cement Plant. At the
signing ceremony, Mr. Khawan, the Sheik Hatam Al, highly affirmed the service level of Sinoma Suzhou. He expressed his belief that through joint efforts, the two sides will be able to establish a solid cooperative relationship on the basis of the successful completion of the second-line project of Al-Douh Cement Plant, so as to achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefit.

Cement Plant is located in Samawah City, Musanna Province, Iraq. The second-line project includes a clinker cement production line with a daily output of 5,500 tons , a power plant and waste heat power generation. The signing of the project contract is an important step for the company to implement the "1321" development strategy and continue to cultivate the territorial development.
