The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guizhou Province announced the capacity replacement plan of Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd., which involves the technical upgrading project of the new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 6000 tons, located in Qunxing Group, Shihe Village, Laoyingshan Town, Shuicheng District, Liupanshui City. The upgrading project is planned to use the original site of the existing 4,000-ton and 3,000-ton clinker production lines for integration and upgrading.
