Le Mou-mou, a legal person of Sichuan Deyang Building Materials Co., Ltd., owed Wang Mou-mou 100 million yuan for decoration due to personal reasons. In mid-2020, Le Mou-mou repaid Wang Mou-mou for decoration. He agreed to hand over a cement plant under his actual control to Wang Mou-mou for management, and the profits generated by the cement plant were used to repay personal debts. During the period of managing the cement plant, Wang Mou-mou owed more than 70 workers more than 600,000 yuan in monthly wages, social security and medical insurance from 2022 to 2023. After investigation by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Luojiang District, it is believed that the company has wage arrears and has repeatedly asked it to pay the arrears, but it has not fulfilled its payment obligations. After the case was handed over to the public security organs by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Luojiang District, the public security organs filed a case for investigation in accordance with the law in June 2023, and recovered more than 600000 yuan of labor remuneration owed to more than 70 workers in full. At present, the case is still under investigation.
