It is reported that the company's production line is equipped with six intelligent systems, including intelligent logistics system, intelligent batching system, kiln expert system, quality intelligent control system, energy management intelligent system and intelligent loading system. Tu Yingxiang, general manager of the company, introduced that the installation of intelligent system not only optimized production indicators, but also realized unmanned operation, reducing the contact between workers and various occupational hazards.

Specifically, the driver can operate the mobile phone APP to transport the raw materials in and unload them, and load and transport the cement out; the intelligent batching system can realize the automatic batching of raw materials for cement production; when the raw materials are changed into clinker, the kiln expert system can automatically adjust the feeding ratio; and finally, the bagged cement is automatically loaded by the robot.

Tu Yingxiang said that through the cooperation of this series of intelligent systems, the production index of the factory ranks among the advanced level in the country. "The comprehensive power consumption of clinker is about 47 degrees, and the national standard is 66 degrees (Note: Grade 2 is 57 degrees)."; The standard coal consumption stipulated by the state is 116 kilograms (Note: Grade 2 is 100 kilograms), and we can achieve 95 kilograms.

For cement factories, the biggest safety accident is the burial of people caused by the collapse of materials. Tu Yingxiang introduced that in Lijiang Ancient City Southwest Cement Co., Ltd., there are more than 10000 tons of cement in the warehouse, piled up more than 30 meters high, and the temperature of the cement entering the warehouse is about 100 degrees Celsius. When the cement meets the cold air, it will produce water vapor condensation. In addition, the wall of the warehouse is cold, and the cement bag will stick to the wall of the warehouse. "In order to ensure the safety of workers, we use robots instead of manual labor in the warehouse." Liu Yuhua told reporters that in this way, not only can workers avoid contact with the environment, but also through the establishment of a mathematical model, calculate how many tons, yards, rows of packages per vehicle.

In Tu Yingxiang's view, in order to ensure the occupational health of workers and achieve safe production, hidden dangers must be eliminated. Lijiang Ancient City Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. is nearly 20 kilometers away from the urban area. At night, the reporter observed the factory environment through the street lamp, no suspended matter could be seen in the air, and the floor was clean and bright in the office area next to the production workshop. "When packaging cement, suspended solids in the air are often the most, but we require that no more than 10 milligrams of solid particles per cubic meter of air." Liu Yuhua said.
