21, Conch Cement issued a board resolution announcement, electing Mr. Zhu Shengli as the vice chairman of the ninth board of directors of the company. Meanwhile, according to another announcement of Conch Cement, Mr. Zhu Shengli and Mr. Yu Shui were elected and appointed as executive directors of the ninth session of the Board of Directors respectively, with their terms of office effective from the date of approval by the shareholders at the EGM (I. E. August 21, 2024) to the date of expiration of the term of the ninth session of the Board of Directors (expected to be May 30, 2025).
