On August 13, Conch Cement announced that due to the resignation of Wang Jianchao and Zhou Xiaochuan, the number of board members was reduced to six. The company nominated Zhu Shengli and Yu Shui as candidates for executive directors of the ninth board of directors and submitted them to the first provisional shareholders'meeting in 2024 for consideration. If approved, their terms of office will end at the ninth session of the Board. Zhu Shengli is currently the deputy secretary, director and general manager of Conch Group; Yu Shui is the deputy general manager and secretary of the board of directors of the Company.
