It is reported that Zhangjiajie Liyi Company has reached cooperation with a building material technology company in Changsha, which transports 700000 tons of cement clinker to Changsha every year, with a contract transaction value of 152 million yuan.
China Cement Network understands that Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area, as a key development area in Hunan Province, is also the main focus of cement demand, and the price of cement is higher than other areas in the province, so it also attracts cement enterprises in surrounding cities to transport cement clinker to Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan.
It is estimated that it costs about 0.15 yuan to transport one kilometer of cement clinker per ton by railway and 0.3-0.5 yuan by highway. The distance from Zhangjiajie to Changsha is about 350 kilometers, and the transportation of cement clinker from Zhangjiajie to Changsha by railway can save more than half of the freight per ton.
It is worth noting that 152 million yuan, 700000 tons of cement clinker means that the price of cement clinker in place is 217 yuan/ton, minus freight, the ex-factory price of cement clinker is about 170 yuan/ton, which may have a certain impact on the cement market in Changsha.
