Since

2023, the whole city of Chongqing has deeply studied and practiced Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, earnestly implemented the spirit of the National Conference on Eco-environmental Protection and the deployment of the Beautiful Chongqing Construction Conference, and adhered to the integrated promotion of water control, gas control, soil control, waste control, plastic control, mountain control, bank control, city control and township control, laying a solid foundation for the construction of beautiful Chongqing.

In 2023, the water quality of the Chongqing section of the main stream of the Yangtze River will be maintained at Grade II, and the proportion of good water quality in 74 state-controlled sections will reach 100%, reaching the best level since the "14th Five-Year Plan"; the number of days with good air quality will reach 325 days, which will be more than 320 days for four consecutive years, and there will be no serious pollution days for six consecutive years; the environmental quality of soil, sound and radiation will remain stable. On December 26,

2023, Chongqing released the performance rating list of air pollution prevention and control of the second batch of key industry enterprises in 2023, and Chongqing Conch Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Chongqing Conch Cement Plant) located in Zhongxian County was recognized as Grade A.

Walking into Chongqing Conch Cement Factory, the lush grassland, green trees and clean factory environment have completely changed the reporter's stereotype of "dirty" cement factory.

"We have carried out the transformation of ultra-low emission of pollutants." Relevant person in charge of Chongqing Conch Cement Plant introduced that the enterprise has implemented the transformation of high-temperature SCR flue gas denitrification system, which can stabilize the concentration of nitrogen oxides below 50 mg/ m3 and reduce the annual emission of nitrogen oxides by 960 tons in three production lines. Ammonia escape emission concentration can be stably controlled below 5mg/m3 . At the same time, the electric dust collector at the kiln head and kiln tail of the clinker production line has been technically reformed and replaced by a bag-type dust collector, so that the emission concentration of particulate matter is less than 10 mg/m3 , and the control measures such as closed corridor and storage yard, automatic packaging of cement, automatic loading, overloading, clean production and transportation have been adopted. Control the unorganized emission of particulate matter to the maximum extent.

At present, the cement industry has serious overcapacity, the impact of peak staggering production on the supply side has declined significantly, the "competition and cooperation relationship" formed over the years has broken down, and the pressure of industry operation has doubled. How should the cement industry get out of the predicament and face the new cycle? On March 28-29, China Cement Network will hold the "13th China Cement Industry Summit and TOP100 Award Ceremony" in Hangzhou, during which awards will be given to top 100 cement and supplier enterprises, and experts and scholars will be invited. China Railway and other construction units jointly discuss the new development trend of the cement industry in the future, and work together to create the future!
