of the Equipment Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that the scale of China's energy storage industry has expanded rapidly, and the output value of China's lithium-ion battery energy storage industry chain has approached 200 billion yuan in 2022. In the first half of 2023, the installed capacity of new energy storage in operation reached 8.63 million kilowatts, which is equivalent to the total installed capacity in previous years. Next, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will work with all parties concerned to promote the high-quality development of the energy storage industry. The 2023 World Energy Storage Conference is an important platform for promoting cooperation in the energy storage industry. At the meeting, Ningde held a centralized signing ceremony for 63 projects, with a total planned investment of 119.12 billion yuan . It covers the upstream supporting facilities such as key materials for positive and negative electrodes of energy storage batteries, supporting structural parts and intelligent equipment, and the production of midstream products such as energy storage batteries, PACK, industrial and commercial energy storage and household energy storage; New downstream application scenarios, such as electric aviation, electric ships, optical storage, charging and inspection, offshore wind power, offshore photovoltaic , energy storage technology services, focus on building the whole industry chain ecosystem.
