The construction of 300 MW advanced compressed air energy storage demonstration power station in Qianshan, Jiangxi Province will be carried out to promote the high-quality development of compressed air energy storage industry.

Ganneng announced on November 2 that on the same day, the company signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the Demonstration Project of Compressed Air Energy Storage Power Station in Qianshan County with the government of Qianshan County and China Energy Storage (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. The construction of 300 MW advanced compressed air energy storage demonstration power station in Qianshan, Jiangxi Province will be carried out to promote the high-quality development of compressed air energy storage industry.

This agreement is a framework agreement, only to show the willingness of the three parties to carry out friendly cooperation, and does not constitute a legally binding or commitment to the parties. For specific cooperation projects, the parties shall sign relevant contracts separately.

Since June this year, a total of 25 phosphogypsum acid co-production clinker lines have been publicized, with a total capacity of 31,835t/d, and an annual production capacity of about 9.55 million tons converted by 300 days. Together with the above two lines, the total capacity has reached 10.3 million tons, and the planned production time is concentrated in 2027-2028.
