With the installation of the last photovoltaic module in place, Three Gorges Energy and Yili Jieneng jointly invested in the largest single three-dimensional ecological photovoltaic sand control project, the 2 million kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project in Kubuqi, Mengxi Base, and successfully completed the installation of all photovoltaic modules.
The project is one of the first large-scale wind power photovoltaic base projects under construction during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and is also the largest single photovoltaic sand control project in China. After the completion of the project, the average annual power generation will be about 4.1 billion kWh, which is equivalent to saving about 1.25 million tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 3.94 million tons. The supporting implementation of the project will restore and control the desert area to 100000 mu, reduce the annual sand transport to the Yellow River by 2 million tons, effectively help build the northern ecological security barrier, and ensure the ecological security of the upper reaches of the Yellow River and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
Flexible regional greening
project has entered a large-scale construction period since July this year. All members of the project construction team stick to their posts, plan ahead, formulate effective management measures and implement them, make every effort to do a good job in project quality and safety, actively promote project construction, and the maximum installation of photovoltaic modules per day exceeds 60 MW. Provide valuable experience for the company in the construction of large-scale photovoltaic projects .
At present, three booster stations of the project have been put into operation, and the project basically has full capacity grid-connected conditions.
