Announcement of China Datang Corporation Limited on the Handling of Suppliers' Bad Behaviors (Batch 12, 2023)
In order to promote suppliers' good faith performance and ensure product quality and service level, In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Supplier Management of China Datang Corporation, the suppliers with problems such as dishonest behavior, poor performance and product quality have been dealt with, as shown in Annex 1.
Supplier rectification instructions:
the relevant supplier may submit a rectification acceptance application to the Tenderee one month before the end of the above treatment period, and the treatment can be lifted only after the relevant unit or department has passed the acceptance.
The supplier's rectification shall meet the following conditions:
1. For product quality problems, the supplier shall provide relevant information and data, actively cooperate with the tenderee to carry out quality investigation and cause analysis, and formulate rectification measures; The products with quality problems shall be treated or replaced free of charge, and the additional commissioning and coordination costs arising therefrom shall be compensated, and the similar products shall be thoroughly investigated and rectified; the products with batch quality hazards or familial defects shall be recalled free of charge or actively cooperated with the tenderee for treatment, and the direct economic losses arising therefrom shall be compensated;
2. For delivery problems, the supplier shall complete the delivery within the agreed time limit after negotiation with the procurement demand unit;
3. For service, integrity and other issues, the supplier shall formulate corrective measures and make a written commitment that similar problems will not occur again.
