On October 17, Shuangliang Energy Conservation announced that Jiangsu Shuangliang New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, had recently signed the Supply Contract with Xining Hongshi Trading Co., Ltd. The subject matter of the contract is multi-rod reduction furnace equipment and reduction skids, including all equipment and spare parts, with a total contract amount of RMB 274.724 million.
It is reported that Xining Hongshi Trading Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Asia Silicon Industry (Qinghai) Co., Ltd. According to the official website of Asia Silicon (Qinghai) Co., Ltd., Asia Silicon (Qinghai) Co., Ltd., founded in December 2006, is the world's leading supplier of high-purity silicon materials and a national high-tech enterprise. The production capacity of 90000 tons/year electronic grade polysilicon (Dongchuan and Ganhe Park) and 9000 tons/year optical fiber grade silicon tetrachloride and 185 MW grid-connected photovoltaic power station have been built.
Subsequently, Shuangliang Energy Conservation will deliver the multi-rod reduction furnace equipment in batches within 4.5 months to 6.5 months after receiving the notice from Asia Silicon Industry, and deliver the reduction skids in batches within 4 months to 6 months after receiving the advance payment.
