On October 17, Datang Group issued a centralized procurement announcement for 2023-2024 N-type photovoltaic modules (the first batch), with an estimated total procurement capacity of 5G W. The validity period of this
centralized procurement contract is from the date of signing the centralized procurement contract to March 31, 2024. When the contract expires but the actual total procurement capacity does not reach the estimated total capacity, the tenderee can extend the validity period for three months. When the contract does not expire but the actual total procurement capacity exceeds 10% of the total capacity, the tenderee will terminate this centralized procurement in advance. In case of significant fluctuations due to national policies or market conditions, the tenderee has the right to terminate the delivery time and progress of this tender procurement contract
at any time to ensure the production requirements of the Group's projects from the fourth quarter of 2023 to the first half of 2024.
In this tender, bidders should not only have good reputation requirements, but also have performance requirements. The details are as follows:
(1) The suppliers who have passed the qualification examination of photovoltaic modules of China Datang Corporation or whose contract performance from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding is not less than 50 MW, subject to the time of signing the contract, and provide relevant certificates.
(2) The bidder's bidding products shall have the product certification certificate issued by the certification body approved by the CNCA.
(3) The products tendered by the Tenderer shall pass the certification of one of CGC, CQC, TUV and VDE. The deadline for submission of
bidding documents is 9 o'clock on November 7, 2023 (if there is any change, it will be notified separately). Consortium bidding and agent bidding are not accepted in this tender.
