the data, Ganjing Garden is mainly engaged in the ecological garden business of garden engineering construction and landscape design. Affected by successive years of losses, the company has sought business transformation many times before. In November 2022, Ganjing Garden officially launched the cross-border photovoltaic field and joined hands with Guosheng Energy Co., Ltd. to transform the photovoltaic track.
Since then, Ganjing Garden has acquired the shares of seven subsidiaries of Guosheng Energy, and this contract Sun Company is one of them. In September
this year, the shareholders of Ganjing Garden officially became a subsidiary of Guosheng New Energy, and announced the completion of the research and development of heterojunction batteries at the performance presentation meeting that month, and the company's heterojunction batteries and components production lines in Huaibei, Anhui and Xuzhou, Jiangsu have been successfully put into operation.
