On October 11, the Hubei Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice of Hubei Provincial Energy Bureau on Removing Some Projects from the Annual List of New Energy Construction Projects", in order to resolutely eliminate the phenomenon of idling of energy indicators and non-landing of projects. Hubei Provincial Energy Bureau organized all localities to clean up the parity projects included in the list of construction projects in 2021 and previous years, and removed four wind and solar power generation projects that did not meet the conditions for continuing construction and one centralized (shared) electrochemical energy storage power station project from the original annual list of construction projects. In order to implement the spirit of the provincial government's special conference on promoting the construction of key energy projects in the province, resolutely put an end to the phenomenon of idling of energy indicators and non-landing of projects. The Provincial Energy Bureau organized all localities to clean up the parity projects included in the list of construction projects in 2021 and previous years, and solicited the opinions of the county (city, district) governments where the projects are located. Four wind and solar power generation projects and one centralized (shared) electrochemical energy storage power station project that do not have the conditions to continue construction are now removed from the original annual construction project list.

Other projects that have not yet started temporarily retain construction indicators, and all localities should organize project units to implement the preliminary conditions to ensure that construction starts before the end of the year.
