On September 15, 2023, the People's Court of Shuangliu District of Chengdu City decided to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Chengdu Chande Solar Power Co., Ltd. He also appointed Taihe Tai Law Firm and Tiantian International Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) Chengdu Branch as the administrator of Chengdu Chande Solar Power Co., Ltd. with Luo Dandan as the person in charge.
In order to enable creditors to declare their claims accurately and conveniently through the "Fire Phoenix Intelligent Platform", the administrator hereby makes the following explanations for the reference of creditors.
