Its main business scope covers solar power generation, medium and low temperature heat utilization, industrial steam and other fields, while extending the energy storage combined cycle of "photothermal +" photovoltaic wind power base, flexible transformation of coal-fired and gas-fired generating units, and actively laying out the comprehensive application of clean energy with molten salt heat storage as the core.

On September 15, 2023, the People's Court of Shuangliu District of Chengdu City decided to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Chengdu Chande Solar Power Co., Ltd. He also appointed Taihe Tai Law Firm and Tiantian International Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) Chengdu Branch as the administrator of Chengdu Chande Solar Power Co., Ltd. with Luo Dandan as the person in charge.
