the court held that the defendant Zhang Moumou caused a fire by negligence, causing heavy losses to public and private property, which violated the provisions of Article 115, paragraph 2, of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and constituted the crime of fire. The defendant, Zhang Mou-mou, voluntarily surrenders after committing a crime and truthfully confesses his crime, which is voluntary surrender and voluntary confession of guilt and punishment, and shall be given a lighter punishment according to law when sentencing. The Wuxue Community Correction Administration assessed that the defendant Zhang Mou-mou was suitable for community correction. The court sentenced the defendant Zhang Mou to two years and one month's imprisonment and three years'probation.
