At present, the Company has not signed a formal power purchase and sale agreement with the power purchaser, and has not formally obtained the right to invest and operate the project; the project involves cross-border investment, and the Company needs to complete the relevant approval or filing procedures of the competent government departments such as the Department of Commerce of Jiangxi Province, the Development and Reform Commission and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange; Prior to the commencement of this project, it is necessary to obtain the development approval and construction permit from the corresponding local authorities in Saudi Arabia. According to
the data, the project is located in Al-Jouf area, about 17 kilometers northwest of Tabarjal City in the north of Saudi Arabia, which is a desert area with long sunshine time and abundant light resources. Saudi Arabia's 400MW project adopts the "build-own-operate" (BOO) mode, with an actual construction scale of 450MWp, a construction period of 21 months and an operation period of 30 years.
