Recently, the Ministry of Finance issued the Announcement of the State Council Tariff Commission on the Twelfth Exclusion and Extension List of Tariff Imposed on the United States and Canada, and the Tenth Exclusion and Extension List of Tariff Imposed on the United States and Canada will expire on September 15, 2023. The Tariff Commission of the State Council shall decide to extend the exclusion period for the relevant commodities in accordance with the procedures. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
From September 16, 2023 to April 30, 2024, the commodities listed in the annex will continue not to be subject to the tariffs imposed by China to counter the US 301 measures.
In this list, other polysilicon with silicon content > 99.5% 9999999 (except solar-grade polysilicon and polysilicon scrap) listed in the 28046190 of the tariff code, and the 38180019 listed in the tariff code are doped for the electronics industry, and have been cut into wafers and other shapes. Monocrystalline silicon wafers with a diameter > 15.24 cm are also included in this list.
