Up to now, the project has not obtained the construction target, according to the relevant agreement of the admission letter, the admission letter of the project has been automatically invalidated. In view of this situation, our company solemnly declares as follows:
I. Guoneng Shaanxi Hydropower Co., Ltd. has not cooperated with any unit or individual in the development of Guoneng 5G W Ecological Sand Control Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Photovoltaic Project in Hangjin Banner, Ordos City. All project bidding, business negotiation and other activities carried out in the name of our company have not been authorized by our company and are invalid. Our company will not bear any legal liability, and our company will not bear the losses incurred by the other parties, and reserve the right to pursue the legal liability for the above illegal acts according to law.
