On September 7, the Tianjin Development and Reform Commission issued the Announcement on the Development and Construction Plan of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in Tianjin in 2023.
According to the announcement, there are 10 wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects in Tianjin in 2023, with a total scale of 2.38 GW , including 7 wind power projects with a total scale of 1.53 GW; Three photovoltaic projects with a total scale of 0.86 GW . Among them, there are 8 companies involved, namely, State Energy Group, State Investment Power, Ren'ai Group, Hongda Group, PetroChina, Beijing Energy Group, China Energy Construction and Atlas .
The State Energy Group obtained 0.63 GW wind power project index, ranking first, SDIC Power obtained 0.43 GW photovoltaic index, ranking second, and Ren'ai Group obtained 0.25 GW wind power index, ranking third.

Announcement
on the Projects to be Included in the Development and Construction Plan of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in Tianjin in 2023 & nbsp; In accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Matters Relating to the Declaration of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Development and Construction Projects in 2023, and on the basis of organizing the declaration of each district and strict material review, the declared projects in the districts where the start-up rate of wind power projects or the investment completion rate of photovoltaic power projects does not exceed 50% have been evaluated by experts. The list of projects to be included in the development and construction plan of wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects in 2023 has been determined (see the attached table). It is now publicized for the period from September 7 to September 13, 2023. If
any unit or individual has substantive objections, it may submit them in writing to the Municipal Development and Reform Commission within the period of publicity. Units or individuals who raise objections must show their true identity, provide written reasons for objections, and attach necessary supporting materials. If proposed by a unit, the written materials shall be marked with the contact person and telephone number and stamped with the official seal; if proposed by an individual, the real name and effective telephone number shall be signed on the written materials. The Municipal Development and Reform Commission will keep the identity of the objector strictly confidential according to the regulations. In order to ensure the objective, fair and impartial handling of objections and protect the legitimate rights and interests of project units and responsible persons, anonymous objections shall not be accepted.
