is a strategic, basic and leading industry in the national economy, with a large scale, a long industrial chain and a wide range of fields. It is an important field to stabilize industrial economic growth and safeguard national political and economic security. In order to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Central Economic Work Conference, better play the supporting, leading and enabling role of the electronic information manufacturing industry in the industrial sector, and help achieve the main expected objectives of industrial economic development, this plan is formulated for the implementation period of 2023-2024. The electronic information manufacturing industry referred to in this scheme includes computer, communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing, as well as lithium-ion battery, photovoltaic and component manufacturing and other related fields.
1. Overall requirements
