Solemn Statement
on Others Suspected of Fraud in the Name of China General Nuclear Power Group Recently, China General Nuclear Power Group (hereinafter referred to as "our Group") received a report from the public asking whether our Group has developed investment software to sell wealth management products. Upon verification, the Group and its affiliated units have never launched such investment platforms and released such wealth management projects. In this regard, our Group hereby solemnly declares as follows:
I. The official website of China General Nuclear Power Group is, and the official WeChat public account and official micro-blog are "China General Nuclear Power Group" (micro-signal cgn-post). Our Group and its affiliated units have never recommended or sold investment and financial products in any form by themselves or by authorizing any third party to use websites, microblogs, WeChat public numbers, APPs and other paths or tools.
2. The acts and contents published in the name of our group have nothing to do with our group and its affiliated units, and have been suspected of fraud. The public and investors should be vigilant, carefully distinguish the true from the false, and beware of being deceived.
