On September 6, the Ecological Environment Branch of Ningguo City, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, issued the Announcement of the Full Text of the Environmental Impact Report of the Annual Output of 24 GW High-efficiency N-type Single Crystal TOPCon Solar Cell Project (Phase I Project) of Anhui Shijing Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and the Announcement of the Public Participation Statement before Approval.
The announcement shows that Anhui Shijing Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. intends to invest in the construction of 24 GW high-efficiency N-type single crystal TOPCon solar cell project in Xingsheng Road, Heli Park, Ningguo Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province. The total investment of the project is 11.2 billion yuan . The project is divided into two phases of construction . This time, the environmental impact assessment is only carried out for the first phase of the project. The first phase of the project is planned to invest 7.5 billion yuan , with a planned land area of 343829 square meters (about 515.7 mu) and a total construction area of 261755 48 square meters. The scale of the first phase of the project is 18 GW high-efficiency N-type single crystal TOPCon solar cells per year.

before Approval I. Information Publicity of Environmental Impact Report:
Anhui Shijing Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. intends to invest in the construction of a high-efficiency N-type monocrystalline TOPCon solar cell project with an annual output of 24 GW in Xingsheng Road, Heli Park, Ningguo Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui. The total investment of the project is 11.2 billion yuan. The project is divided into two phases of construction. This time, the environmental impact assessment is only carried out for the first phase of the project. The total investment of the first phase of the project is planned to be 7.5 billion yuan, with a planned land area of 343829 m2 (about 515.7 mu) and a total building area of 261755. 48 m2, including battery plant, warehouse, wastewater treatment station and ancillary facilities. Purchase main production equipment such as texturing cleaning equipment, quartz boat cleaning machine, amorphous silicon equipment, screen printing equipment, phosphorus diffusion equipment, ALD equipment, AGV, tooling and so on. The scale of the first phase of the project is 18 GW high-efficiency N-type single crystal TOPCon solar cells per year. The project has been registered by the Management Committee of Ningguo Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the project code is 91341881MA8PW67MXK.
According to the relevant requirements of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, Anhui Shijing Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. entrusts Anhui Hemei Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. to prepare the Environmental Impact Report of Annual Output of 24 GW High-efficiency N-type Single Crystal TOPCon Solar Cell Project (Phase I). It is now submitted to the competent department of ecological environment for public announcement before approval, and the environmental impact assessment report and public participation statement are publicized.
