company deliberated and adopted the Bill on By-election of Non-independent Directors of the Tenth Board of Directors. Upon the recommendation of the shareholder China Dalian International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group Co., Ltd., the nomination committee of the board of directors of the company passed the qualification examination, and the board of directors agreed to nominate Mu Changkun and Wu yuanming as candidates for non-independent directors of the tenth board of directors of the company. The term of office shall be from the date on which this resolution is considered and approved at the general meeting of the Company to the expiry of the term of the tenth session of the Board of Directors of the Company. The "Resolution on By-election of Non-employee Representative Supervisors of the Tenth Session of the Board of Supervisors" was passed. As recommended by the shareholder China Dalian International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group Co., Ltd., the Supervisory Committee of the Company agreed to nominate Zheng Guangping as a candidate for non-employee supervisor of the tenth session of the Supervisory Committee of the Company, with a term of office commencing from the date on which this resolution is considered and approved at the general meeting of the Company and ending on the expiry of the term of the tenth session of the Supervisory Committee of the Company.
