On December 22, Northeast Electric Power Design Institute and Nengjian Green Hydrogen Ammonia New Energy (Songyuan) Co., Ltd. signed the EPC general contracting project of the world's largest green hydrogen ammonia integration project, including wind power photovoltaic new energy, transmission lines, electrolytic water hydrogen production devices, etc. As the largest green hydrogen, ammonia and alcohol integration project in the world,
this project is a powerful measure for China Energy Construction to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, serve the national strategy, promote the realization of the "double carbon" goal and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern. The scope of this contract includes the survey, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and trial operation of 800 MW wind power photovoltaic new energy, 220 kV transmission line, electrolytic cell assembly plant, hydrogen production plant with an annual output of 45,000 tons of electrolytic water, 200,000 tons of flexible synthetic ammonia plant and 20,000 tons of green methanol plant . The signing of this contract
marks that the Northeast Institute has completed a major leap from the preparation of the technical scheme for the integration of wind, solar, hydrogen, ammonia and alcohol to the implementation of the general contracting of the integrated project. It has once again created many records, such as the largest domestic general contracting contract and the largest installed capacity of new energy general contracting, and has also achieved a breakthrough in the new energy coupling hydrogen-based chemical general contracting.
