On December 20, Saifutian announced that Anhui Meidalun, the company's holding company, had signed a framework contract for daily sales of batteries with Jiangsu Huilun Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Huilun Solar Energy"). The contract stipulates that from December 19, 2023 to December 31 , 2026, Anhui Meidalun will supply TOPCon single crystal cells to Huilun Solar Energy with a total of 4.5G W . The specific settlement price shall be subject to the corresponding transaction amount of the order signed by both parties under the Contract. This contract is a daily transaction contract, which does not constitute a related party transaction and does not need to be submitted to the board of directors and the shareholders'meeting for consideration and approval.
It is reported that Huilun Solar, founded in 2008, is the world's leading manufacturer of high-performance photovoltaic products, the company's business scope includes solar cells, cells, battery components research and development, production and so on. Jiangsu Sumeda Energy Holdings Limited holds 100% of the shares.
Saifutian said that this contract is a daily sales framework contract, and the specific settlement price is based on the corresponding transaction amount of the orders signed by both parties under this contract. The signing of the daily sales framework contract is conducive to the stable sales of the Company's TOPCon monocrystalline cell products, in line with the Company's future business plan, conducive to promoting the development of the Company's photovoltaic business segment, improving the profitability of the Company, and is expected to have a positive impact on the Company's future operating results. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, nor will it affect the business independence of listed companies.
