The announcement shows that the construction unit of the project is Zhanjiang Shuopeng Quartz Co., Ltd., located in Guangdong Baoda Food Co., Ltd. in Houcun Section of Yingli Town, 207 National Highway, Leizhou City, Zhanjiang City. The land area of the
project is about 38340m2 , the total building area is about 16000m2 , and a pickling production line is set up. Prepare 12 acid washing reaction tanks, use hydrogen fluoride (40%) and oxalic acid to carry out acid washing and deep processing on terrazzo quartz sand to remove iron in quartz sand particles, and then obtain photovoltaic silica sand after water washing, acid removal and water filtration, which is used for the manufacture of photovoltaic glass.
Relying on the existing 8000m2 factory building of Baoda Company as the finished product warehouse, raw and auxiliary materials warehouse, solid waste warehouse, etc., and relying on the existing comprehensive building of Baoda Company as the office and living place; A water washing tower of steel frame structure will be built in the north of the finished product warehouse, a pickling workshop with an area of about 2000 m2 will be built in the north of the tower, and a one-storey closed raw material yard will be built in the east of the product warehouse. The raw material storage yard covers an area of 6000m2 .
