Following the removal of 27 Chinese entities from the "unverified list" of US export controls in August, another four Chinese enterprises were removed from their "unverified list".
According to information published by the U.S. government in the Federal Register, a document to be published by the Bureau of Industry and Security of the Ministry of Commerce (Bureau of Industry and Security) on December 19 shows that. The Bureau of Industry and Security amended the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to remove four Chinese companies from the "Unverified List" (UVL). Including Chengde Auslet Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. , China Second Heavy Machinery Group Corporation , Ningbo Daai Laser Technology Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Dongfang Hope New Energy Co., Ltd . 2022, the US Ministry of Commerce put 33 Chinese entities on the "unverified list" of export controls. On August 21, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the Ministry of Commerce issued a statement that 33 entities were removed from the "unverified list", of which 27 were located in China, while the others were located in Indonesia, Pakistan, Singapore, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.
