It is reported that the first phase of 5GWh aluminum-based lead-carbon energy storage battery project of Kungong Science and Technology Energy Storage Industrial Park was signed in February 2023, constructed in March and put into operation in December, realizing the signing, construction and production of that year. It mainly constructs new energy storage production area and supporting infrastructure, energy storage industry concept verification center, etc. The project is implemented in two phases, of which the first phase covers an area of 120 mu, with a total investment of 400 million yuan, to build a production area of aluminum-based lead alloy composite materials for 5GWh lead-carbon energy storage batteries; The second phase covers an area of 750 mu, with a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan, to build 15GWh lead-carbon energy storage battery aluminum-based lead alloy composite materials, lead alloy anode plates, R & D centers and AGM diaphragm supporting facilities for energy storage batteries.
