According to the cooperation agreement, the two sides will jointly innovate and develop industry-leading micro-grid solutions for mining and metallurgy, jointly set up a micro-grid benchmark for the mining and metallurgy industry, and promote replication globally to jointly promote the construction of green mines; The two sides regard each other as strategic partners and core suppliers, cooperate with each other in new energy equipment and services with their respective advantages, and give priority to each other's products and solutions under the same conditions. Huawei Digital Energy supports Longjing environmental protection battery core, PACK module and battery through testing and improvement, matches Huawei Digital Energy product planning, and will cooperate with Longjing environmental protection battery core and energy storage equipment in the mining and metallurgy micro-grid project system.
The two sides will establish a mechanism for high-level leaders to exchange visits and meet irregularly, clarify major issues of cooperation, and coordinate and promote cooperation. The two sides set up a joint working group to determine the objectives, plans, division of labor and specific implementation of the work. Establish a regular meeting consultation mechanism, jointly formulate the overall strategic cooperation management measures for the project, and jointly promote the implementation of the project landing.
