Xizi Jieneng announced on December 11 that the company intends to transfer 3% of its shares in Hangzhou Zhongneng Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Hangzhou Zhongneng Photoelectric") to Shilei or its designated third party (non-company related party) through agreement transfer, with a transaction consideration of 24 million yuan. After the completion of the
transaction, Xizi Jieneng's share will be reduced from 9.4337% to 6.4337%, still ranking as the third shareholder of Hangzhou Zhongneng Optoelectronics.
Xizi Jieneng said that the transaction is expected to increase the company's net profit by about 16 million yuan in 2023. According to the data

In August 2015, Shi Lei founded Hangzhou Zhongneng Optoelectronics, which is engaged in the R & D and production of thin film optoelectronic devices (perovskite/OPV) and related equipment. It was also the supplier of the first kW-class perovskite photovoltaic module production line in the world. In April
