Following the commissioning of the first phase in February this year, the second phase of the fourteenth plant of Yiwei Lithium Energy also ushered in new progress.
On November 30, the entrance ceremony of the first batch of equipment for Phase II of Yiwei Lithium Energy 14th Plant was successfully held in Jingmen. The entry of the equipment is another significant progress in the construction of the project, marking a new stage of large-scale lithium cylindrical batteries.
Based on more than 20 years of cylindrical technology precipitation, Yiwei Lithium Energy has created a breakthrough large cylindrical battery with ingenuity. The large cylindrical battery factory (the fourteenth factory) with an annual capacity of 20GWh has been built in Jingmen Base, and the first phase has been put into operation in February this year. Up to now, more than 3.5 million 46 series large cylindrical batteries have been offline , and the system products based on large cylindrical batteries have also been mass-produced and loaded.
The second phase equipment adopts advanced technology and technology in the industry, among which the automatic assembly line is independently developed and manufactured by Huizhou Jinyuan Automation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yiwei Lithium Energy. The whole line of equipment is expected to complete the installation and commissioning in 8 days, to ensure that all kinds of problems are settled on a daily basis, to ensure that good products are produced in 4 hours, and to further improve the performance and output supply capacity of large cylindrical batteries in the 14th factory.
