Quanwei Science and Technology 's 10 billion high-efficiency heterojunction photovoltaic cell production base project has officially settled in Sixian County, Suzhou City, Anhui Province. The base is invested and constructed by Anhui Quanwei Green Energy New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and is planned to be constructed in three phases, with a planned investment of 12 billion yuan and an area of 1150 mu. The first and second phases of the project have invested 600 mu, with a construction area of about 450000 square meters. Li Weiwei, deputy director of the Economic Development Bureau

It is reported that the first phase of the project will produce 5G W 20 BB and 0 BB ultra-efficient heterojunction components , and 5G W large-size ultra-thin silicon wafer slices; The second phase of the project is to construct 5G W heterojunction cells and 2G W photovoltaic silicon wafer gettering process production line and 2G W photovoltaic welding strip production line ; In the third phase, it is planned to build four 1200 t/d photovoltaic ultra-thin rolled glass production lines with one kiln and six lines and TCO perovskite power generation glass production lines.
